The beach we like to frequent is Lucy Vincent Beach in Chilmark. It’s a beautiful beach with large, moss covered boulders. There are plenty of gaps between the boulders to allow for swimming. Surfers have to be alert, though.
These small rocks have been since covered with sand and it has become a smooth, sandy beach.
From this point on around the bend is a private beach. We peons aren’t allowed, hence the absence of people.
Debbie has a collection of antique sand pails and toys. These are but a few.
This conch shell is not native to the island, so I posed it on this rock for an “artsy” look,
Gulls fly rather slowly, so they are fun to photograph.
