With Christmas approaching, most of the towns in Europe, have Christmas markets, which have a carnival atmosphere.

Sticking your tongue out at someone in Switzerland is a tremendous insult.  Children are taught never to stick out their tongue.  So, if you have someone you want to insult, bring them to this building and this guy will do it for you.
