Yellowstone Adventures part 2

Yellowstone is the first and largest National Park in the U.S.  It is a little over 2 million acres large – the size of Delaware and Rhode Island combined.  There is so much wildlife that is has been called “America’s Serengeti.”

On the way there, we saw two arches – a rainbow and the St. Louis arch –  I think God’s arch is much prettier.

You have to be pretty careful driving around.  These bison get pretty close to the road.  By the way, we learned they are bison, not buffalo.  Buffaloes are only found in Africa and Asia, i.e. water buffalo.

Just a little of the beautiful scenery.  We’ll have more later on.
